If you want to sell your unwanted, vacant, rural land, please fill out the form below. We will follow a simple three-step process:
1) We will agree on a cash price for your land.
2) We will send a notary to your home or office or other meeting location near you with a Cashier’s Check (as good as cash) in the amount of the price we have agreed upon.
3) You cash the Cashier’s Check at a location of your choice.
Note: In some cases, we will purchase the land parcel through escrow and obtain title insurance. In this case, the process will be the same but it will take a few weeks longer.
