Utilities:

Is water available?

Drilling a well can be expensive so please consider bulk potable water delivery.  A list of delivery companies is listed on BulkWaterDelivery.com.  This is most likely a temporary option until you are ready to build your dwelling!

Is power available?

Unless stated, it is not likely.  Many of these properties are ideal for off-the-grid living.  A little research should reveal that there are options for power (for example, solar) that are reasonably priced and will allow you to live in a quiet and peaceful area.

Transaction:

Do I need a real estate agent to buy or sell land?

No, real estate agents will typically try to sell the property for a high price since their commission is based on a percentage of the selling price.  We try to keep our prices lower since we are not real estate agents and do not involve one in the transaction.  This results in lower prices for the buyer.

Property Taxes:

Are there any back taxes on the property?

Unless stated, the property is up to date on all taxes.
